Course code : 210-301-06 - Quad Patrol
Course duration | 24 h |
Mandatory work after class | 3 h |
Number of places | 8 |
Number of groups planned | To be confirmed |
To enable students to patrol effectively on a quad and to develop the specific behaviours and skills necessary to intervene appropriately within the context of their duties.
The course material is available in the digital learning environment (Moodle).
The organization must ensure that all vehicles used to transport quads comply with the Highway Safety Code standards, including tow mirrors, the trailer fastening system and the quad securement systems.
During this course, participants must leave ENPQ and/or campus in uniform.
This course requires a certain amount of physical exertion. It is strongly recommended that the organization assess the student’s health and fitness using the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).
From the time of reservation, registration and until the end of training, the organization certifies that the student is fit to take the course and accepts the inherent risks. The organization is responsible for cancelling a student’s registration if the student’s health and fitness are no longer sufficient for the course. Furthermore, ENPQ reserves the right to interrupt a student’s training if it has reason to believe that the student’s health and fitness are not adequate; ENPQ will inform the organization accordingly.
