Accommodation at ENPQ is reserved automatically for all participants of a course that lasts more than one day. Please note that accommodation always includes the night before the first day of the course until the last day of the course.
Sometimes, the accommodation capacity of the ENPQ campus may not be sufficient to meet all needs. In such cases, ENPQ reserves the right to refer participants to local hotels within a 30-km radius. The rates for accommodation will remain the same as those for on-campus accommodation.
To avoid penalty fees for cancelling a participant’s accommodation reservation, you must inform the Office of the Registrar and Communications no later than the Monday of the week preceding the course.
Cancellations received after this deadline will automatically result in a penalty, and you will be charged the daily rate, which includes room and board.
Police officers who have personally registered for advanced police training, whether or not they are staying at ENPQ, must pay for their meals directly at the cafeteria.
